Butternut Squash Chips

Ingredients

1 butternut squash, cut into batons or cut with a crinkle cutter

1 tablespoon olive oil

sea salt

Method

  1. Turn oven to 200°C
  2. Peel the butternut squash and cut onto longer batons or crinkle cut.
  3. Pop onto a baking tray and massage in the olive oil and a little sea salt.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes until just starting to brown at the edges.

TIP: Add some paprika, oregano, thyme or other herbs to flavour if you prefer.
