Green Goddess Bowl


  • 1 apple, cored
  • 1 handful spinach leaves
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ½ ripe avocado
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 teaspoon green superfood powder
  • I dessertspoon Tahini or almond butter
  • 150ml coconut water or plain water


  • Put all in ingredients in a food processor or
  • Blend for 30-60 seconds
  • Transfer to a bowl or out into a glass flask
    for later
