
Ingredients, serves 1
250ml almond milk or any other plant based milk
1 large handful organic spinach (avoid if histamine intolerant)
6 squares frozen mango
1 tablespoon flaxseeds
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 teaspoon spirulina or green superfood powder (optional)
Method
- Blitz together in a food processor, liquidiser or bullet-style blender until combined. Add more milk if it’s too thick.
Tip: you can use all chia seeds if you like or all linseeds if you only have one in the house.
This smoothie travels well chilled in a thermos flask.
