Greek Yogurt with Walnuts, Fig and Pomegranate

This recipe brings in the beauty of the Mediterranean and the Atlantic, for a delicious, fresh
tasting and healthy breakfast. For best results, use traditional Greek yogurt as opposed to
Greek style yogurt

Ingredients, serves 1

200g traditional Greek yogurt
1 fig, quartered
30g walnut halves
2 dessertspoons pomegranate seeds
a drizzle of runny honey

Method

Scoop the yogurt into a bowl and top with all the other ingredients. Serve immediately.
