Ingredients, serves 1
200g traditional Greek yogurt
1 fig, quartered
30g walnut halves
2 dessertspoons pomegranate seeds
a drizzle of runny honey
Method
Scoop the yogurt into a bowl and top with all the other ingredients. Serve immediately.
