  1. Renew Reset Recharge is such an empowering programme. Dominique is no less than a nutrition oracle and deeply committed to sharing her expertise and scientific knowledge. The basic principles really made sense to how my body felt and realising that I am now in control of my appetite was a lightbulb moment!
    The programme is supported by fantastic recipes and back up material which are wonderful resources to refer back to. All told this is a programme for life and healthy living. Thank you so much Dominique.

  2. I stumbled across Dominique on IG. I liked her relaxed but informative approach and found her Reels inspiring. They really resonated with me.

    Although post menopausal and having thought I had sailed through the menopause unnoticed, two years ago I was blindsided by an avalanche of menopausal symptoms. Despite maintaining a predominantly plant-based and healthy diet, I felt fatigued, with various aches and pains, low in mood and generally lack lustre. Although I wasn’t specifically overly worried about my weight I had also put on a few pounds that I felt affected my movement as a Pilates teacher. I attributed all of this to the menopause and adjusting to and finding the right balance with my HRT.

    Inspired by Dominique’s Reels I initially joined RRR seeking a reset, as I felt nutrition was the one thing I hadn’t looked in to closely enough, and may be the key to getting back to feeling like ‘me’ again.

    Thanks to Dominique’s RRR programme, I now realise the way I felt wasn’t solely down to the menopause but that I wasn’t fuelling myself sufficiently, and simply not eating enough, and specifically not enough protein despite including lentils, beans etc. in my diet. I initially found the portion sizes a little daunting as I’d never eaten so much, but soon adjusted and I love the recipes. Her recipes are delicious, easy to adapt and filling. Whereas before I would regularly be reaching for a handful of nuts between meals, I haven’t missed snacking at all.

    After just 10 days I felt a significant positive shift in many ways, I was sleeping better, I felt energised and my mood had lifted, I had also lost 4-5lbs which was a bonus.

    On RRR Dominique provides a vast amount of information which I enjoyed digesting as much as the food. I also enjoyed the live zoom calls as they were a great way of learning more from others experiences, and I loved how Dominique was available to us to ask specific questions. I found it invaluable.

    I’m immensely grateful to Dominique for educating and inspiring me, and giving me the tools to take this forward as a way of life way beyond the programme. I feel RRR has been life-changing for me.

  3. After years of struggling to shift any weight, at the age of 62 I had resigned myself to being larger that I wanted to be. Until, that is, I stumbled across Dominique Ludwig on Instagram. I have always been interested in nutrition so started to follow her and was soon an avid fan. It’s so refreshing to find someone with science backed knowledge, lots of experience and in touch with us in the real world. I saw the Renew, Reset, Recharge programme advertised and after much thought and consideration decided to sign up. And I am so glad that I did. I hesitated at first because of the financial outlay, but I can honestly say it was the best £349 I’ve ever spent. Not only have I learnt so much information about nutrition, but for the first time in years I am losing weight! I am sleeping better and I don’t feel sluggish when I first wake up any more. I am alert and feel strong and in control of my body for the first time in ages. Dominique really explains everything so well, is really supportive and whatever question she is asked, has the answer at the tip of her fingertips. The weekly Zoom meetings are so interesting, and Dominique explains things in easy to understand language and welcomes all sorts of questions.
    If you’re wondering whether to sign up, do it. You will not regret it. This is not a diet club, this is a healthy life programme which over the four weeks will give you all the information you need to transform your diet to support your health.     It is not a diet, but a sustainable way of life, flexible enough to adapt to any lifestyle. Just brilliant 😊

The diet totally reversed so many perimenopausal symptoms for me Рhormonal acne, dull and dry skin, energy slumps, poor sleep, brain fog and achy joints (& the beginnings of the midlife tummy widening). My husband lost weight and gained muscle. It’s also helped my husband’s rheumatoid arthritis hugely and reduced his inflammation and the need for pain killers.
    We all eat from your recipes, that includes my husband and 2 teens! Thank you so much for such a great programme!
