  1. I am so thankful to Dominique for this program. I ate very healthy, but I did have a stubborn 10 to 15 pounds that I could not lose. This program really helped me be mindful of how much protein I was eating and vegetables so that I wasn’t hungry and snacking in-between meals. It has helped me not to be so obsessed with food and has helped me with my sugar cravings. It has also helped me to finally tip the scale in the right direction. I feel like this is something I will do for the rest of my life and I’m so grateful.

  4. I wanted to let you know what your program has done for me. I am so grateful for your Instagram video as I got to know you before I signed up for the Renew Reset Recharge. I am 66 years old. At age 50 I started doing sprint triathlons. I ran, I rode a bike and I took swim classes. Between menopause and stress, I gained about 30 pounds. I tried several different diets including the keto diet which made me feel sick. I did it all wrong, but in my mind, I thought I was eating well. Your program was my last chance and if this didn’t work, I would just resign myself to being older and giving up. I’m not the type to give up but I felt defeated. What kept me going was the science behind it. After 3 hours your body is going to start using fat for energy. At night knowing my body was going to slowly rid myself of fat if I fasted for 12 hours, well you made it visual for me. Week two, first two days still hungry and then not the third, I had adjusted. Wow, I feel really good, healthier not sick. I was shocked, I am a snacker. I saw the cookies and the chips in the store, I didn’t want them; I was going for the veggie aisle. How is it that two weeks ago I couldn’t go without a snack yet now, I don’t want one. I am down 8.3 pounds as of today. I hope to lose another 20, and I will. What you do is life changing. The difference between you and many others is how you explain why you say to do something. That is what helps us to be strong because we understand. I hope you feel wonderful about what you are doing for all of us who struggle with weight, and sickness. You are truly a gift. Thank you for improving my life in a way I could not.

I signed up for the RRR programme mainly because I am Type 2 diabetic and wanted to sort out my blood sugar levels and eat better generally (although I thought I was already eating pretty healthy but I was wrong). It is not specifically a diabetic programme, so I had to check with my doctor first and tweak a few things, but it worked well for me.
    In the programme, the recipes are actually very good – I was worried it would be bland health food, but the recipes are easy to prepare and really delicious (even for a picky eater like me), and you get proper portions. Most ingredients are to be found in a regular supermarket (I live in Belgium, Europe), though there are some optional ingredients like fruit powders you can get on Amazon if you fancy it.
    The programme is not cheap, but you do get a lot – loads of recipes, leaflets with nutrition explanations, and four live video calls where you can ask questions directly to Dominique Ludwig. Dominique and her assistant do the utmost to answer everybody’s questions so we can progress smoothly.
    I have been eating more vegetables and having proper breakfasts (no cereals with milk, no bread with butter), which has helped keep my blood sugar steadier, my mood and energy stable, and not longing for what I used to eat. That’s already a huge success.
    Start with the RRR programme and then the 3O is the next step (but is optional). If you go with the RRR programme, do not be tempted to buy the online e-books in advance, as those recipes are not suitable for the RRR programme (but no worries, you will get a LOT of recipes via the programme).
    I really enjoyed this programme and can highly recommend it to anybody wanting to eat healthier (with or without the need to loose weight) with easy, often fast to prepare and delicious recipes and zero industrial / processed food.
